Our ‘network connect system’ can monitor all your devices – servers, desktops, and deploy updates and fixes in real time and out of hours to ensure systems are working reliably and efficiently.

Remote helpdesk

Many issues can be resolved quickly using our helpdesk – staff can call or email and we can see their desktop using our remote helpdesk system within seconds.

Onsite support

In the event an onsite visit is required, we have fast 1 hour onsite response times for critical issues, 4 hours or next business day response schedules – tailored to your needs.

We will always designate an Engineer your staff have met before and is familiar with your business.

Your Technology Manager

Out staff are fully trained and have the knowledge and experience to help your business get the most out of technology.  We avoid “geek speak” and instead engage our clients with what value technology can deliver to your business.

Your business will have an  “Technology Manager” (or TM) – someone who understands the depths of IT but who can explain technology in terms of benefit to your business.
