Your Technology Manager
This is someone who will approach problems from a business perspective and a technology solution. No “geek speak”, just experience, knowledge and great communication skills.
Helpdesk
Our helpdesk is available to respond to emails or phone calls when the need arises so that help is on hand – quickly – and with a smile, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
(we also have an emergency out of hours service…)
Onsite Engineer
Someone assigned to your business, who will have been introduced to you and your staff, and who will perform onsite work with expertise, care.. and punctuality.
Holidays
We don’t go on holidays (well not all at once!) so we can provide your business with round the clock attention.
